Today, I'm gonna share with you my experience with my visit at Brentville International community last May 17. Brentville subdivision is a project by Filinvest Development Corporation. It is the home of the famous Brent International School in Laguna. This is an Italian-Meditarranean themed community which also features Horizontal Condominium Ownership for Foreigners.
Last May 17, I took a seminar for the product orientation of Filinvest Projects. One of the projects I was fascinated with is Brentville International Community. I found this project interesting because of the fact that one of our country heroes (Manny Pacquiao) have bought a house in this subdivision and the project is very near to my place. I was excited to see all the house models specially the house that our own Manny Pacquiao bought. We started the seminar at around 10:30 AM discussing all the project details of the four projects located in Alabang, Batangas and Laguna. We finished at 12 PM and afterwards was lunchbreak. We then proceeded with our site orientation at 1 PM.
At around 3PM we arrived at Brentville Subdivision, we were welcomed by a grand entrance gate and beautifully landscaped gardens at the entrance of the subdivision. We were happily welcomed by the guards. The village front was the first one we have passed. This is located just after the first entrance gate of the community. This are commercial lots, for retail and convenience. There is already a japanese restaurant functioning in this part and from what I've heard, people come over just to experience the food. Next is Prominence I, this is already a sold out subdivision. What's good about this is that this is a Condominium development, meaning foreigners can own a property in here. Type of houses in here are duplex, triplex and single attached houses. Then we went to the old Brentville subdivision. In this villages, they offer a wider lot and houses for their products ranging from 350 - 1000 sqm. Afterwards we then went to Arborage, a smaller version of the old Brentville Subdivisions, this however offers lots around 180 - 350 sqm lot areas. Lastly was Prominence II - this is similar to Prominence I, a condominium horizontal development which features townhouses and single attached units beautifully designed.
To share with you here are some pictures I took while I was in the site orientation.
I was happy, i was able to see the actual community of Brentville. It was fun and nice experience, truly a reward for success. Someday I might dream of buying a house here. But first things first, work for your success and always remember God is here to guide us.
Overall, Brentville Community is truly a prestigious one of a kind development. A very secured subdivision, every village has its own guardhouse and roving guards. An ideal place for people who are seeking refuge away from the metro but still accessible to Manila. A complete development with its own commercial center and a prestigious school located inside the community. A rewarding price for hardwork and success!
